The terms, conditions, and research directives governing the purchase and laboratory use of products supplied by The PED Shop.
1. In-Vitro Research & Analytical Purpose Only
All chemical compounds, lyophilized peptides, and laboratory reference standards offered by The PED Shop are sold exclusively for in-vitro scientific research, laboratory experimentation, and analytical study. Products are strictly NOT intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, clinical administration, or veterinary application under any circumstances.
2. Purchaser Representation & Age Requirements
By purchasing from this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, affiliated with a scientific institution or possessing adequate laboratory training, and fully equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) required for handling research chemicals.
3. Order Processing, Pricing & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices listed are subject to modification without notice. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order if we suspect intended misuse, breach of research guidelines, or unauthorized resale.
4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
The PED Shop, its directors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the handling, storage, or misapplication of research materials. The purchaser assumes total liability and agrees to indemnify The PED Shop against any claims.
